A virgin property nestled among distant Mayan Mountain views and surrounding virgin mountain property.  This property is situated only 18 miles along the Coastal Road coming from the intersection of the Western Highway and the Coastal Road at exactly mile marker 31 on the Western Highway, almost mid-point between Belize City and Belmopan City.

The property has approximately three-quarters mile of Coastal Road frontage and approximately 462 feet along the beautiful and refreshing Soldier Creek.  The property is virgin and never been cleared.  The seller says there are several different species of local hardwood on the property and the banks along Soldier Creek are high and dry.  The Soldier Creek bridge is approximately ½ mile due north of the property.  If one drives further south for about 30 miles, one can get to the Hummingbird Highway and be near Dangriga Town.  Gales Point is approximately some 8 miles from the property.

The Coastal Road has many different citrus farms and also shrimp farm.  The entire road has electricity.  The Coastal Road is a gravel road but at times in certain areas due to lack of proper drainage or culverts it floods during the rainy season.  However, the flooding recedes very rapidly.  This property could be used for citrus plantation.
